PROAVIS provides photographic and media services for architects, developers, designers, real estate brokers, and property owners. We have experience photographing interiors and exteriors of a wide range of projects including residential, commercial, institutional, and retail in urban and rural settings.

Photography

At PROAVIS we understand that our work is about your architecture and design - it's not about our pictures - and we strive to communicate the form, function, and vision that architects, designers, and builders bring to their projects. We approach the task of photographing the most utilitarian apartment building or garage with the same respect, dedication, and passion that we bring to an upscale penthouse or restaurant.

We have traveled across the country for our clients, and will do whatever is necessary to get the best possible pictures of their projects. During the past year, PROAVIS clients have won numerous awards for architectural design, and we are proud that our photography has played a small part in helping them get some well-deserved recognition from their communities and their peers.

Traditional Film / Digital Images

We use the best traditional camera equipment and fine-grain color film. However, after film is developed, it is digitized with high-resolution film scanners. Images are checked and edited for exposure and color balance. High-resolution, print-ready, images are delivered on CD-ROM. This process provides you with the fastest way to get your images into print, computer presentations, and on to your web site. Instead of having to manage and store delicate transparencies you will have archival copies of your images that can be distributed to those who need them, cataloged, and archived.

Deliverables for every photography project include CD-ROMs, two or three sample prints of representative images, and a printed contact sheet showing thumbnail versions of each image. The CD-ROM includes a slideshow catalog of all images that can be distributed throughout your organization.

Video Services

By incorporating still images, video, music, and narration, PROAVIS can provide a completely new way for you to present your projects. We combine conventional photography with modern digital video and non-linear video editing technology to create movies that give clients a true sense of the space and design inherent in a building or project.

These motion pictures focus the viewer's attention on building features, space, and detail in a way that is more entertaining, illuminating, and compelling than any photograph, rendering, or brochure. They enable you to control the client's attention and point-of-view.

Video is delivered at broadcast quality and can be presented to clients on standard VHS tape, computer CD-ROM, or DVD. The cost of development and distribution is surprisingly low.

Our fees are very competitive. The added benefit of receiving high resolution images that are print and web-ready results in additional savings in both time and money.
